The old-girl network by Catherine Alliott

The book blurb suggests a lot of high school drama which follows the protagonist to her present and catches hold of her. She thinks it is harmless and all she has to do is pull her strings.

But the book is much much more than high school drama. It is real life crazy creepy drama and the love factor in the book is cute but the all the rest is so weird and stretched. The author’s style of writing is dreamy, she deviates her point and zones off to something else and will write on and on about it and come back to the topic after a long rant of useless information.

I skipped so many pages of this book.
